Dissolving Method
1. Hot water: Gradually introduce the flakes into room temperature water at a ratio of 5~10%. Stir continuously for 3~5 minutes, then slowly increase the temperature to 70~75ºC while gently stirring until completely dissolved. Prepare for seamless use.
2. Hot water directly: Immerse the flakes into water heated to 60~70ºC in a 5~10% ratio, stirring gently to ensure thorough dissolution. Ready for action.

Application
Ideal for fabrics that require high resistance to salt.
Usage
1. Padding method:
Dosage: 20~30g/L (10% solution) Temp.: 30ºC~40ºC
Technology: Execute one dip, one pad or opt for two dips and two pads for enhanced results.
2. Dipping method:
Dosage: 3~8% (o.w.f) (10% solution) Temp.: 40ºC-50ºC
Liquor ratio: 1:10~15 Time: 30 mins
3. For compatibility with other auxiliaries and processes, initial testing and adjustments are advisable based on results.
Storage & Packing
1. Storage period: Preserve for up to 12 months in a cool, shaded location.
2. Packaging: Available in 25kg plastic woven bags.
