Specification
1. Fabric type: Ideal for same bath dyed fabrics, ensuring compatibility and uniformity.
2. Component: Composed of multiple polymeric compounds for enhanced performance.
Dissolving Method
1. Hot water: Gradually introduce the flakes into room temperature water at a ratio of 5~10%. Stir continuously for 3~5 minutes, then slowly heat to 70~75ºC. Maintain stirring until fully dissolved, then set aside for future use.
2. Hot water directly: Add the flakes directly into 60~70ºC water at a 5~10% proportion. Stir gently to ensure thorough dissolution, then reserve for use.

Application
Perfect for fabrics requiring high salt resistance.
Usage
1. Padding method:
Dosage: 20~30g/L (10% solution). Maintain temperature between 30ºC~40ºC.
Technology: Can employ one dip, one pad or two dips, two pads for optimal results.
2. Dipping method:
Dosage: 3~8% (o.w.f) (10% solution). Keep temperature between 40ºC-50ºC.
Liquor ratio: Maintain at 1:10~15 for 30 minutes to ensure effective application.
3. Test intermiscibility with other auxiliaries and processes before use, adjusting as necessary for best results.
Storage & Packing
1. Store for up to 12 months in a cool, shady place to preserve quality.
2. Packaged in 25kg plastic woven bags for convenient handling and storage.
