Specification
1. Fabric type: Specifically designed for same bath dyed fabric, ensuring seamless integration.

Dissolving Method
1. Hot water: Gradually incorporate the flakes into room temperature water at a 5~10% proportion. Stir for 3~5 minutes while gently heating to 70~75ºC. Continue stirring until completely dissolved, then set aside for use.
2. Hot water directly: Introduce the flakes into 60~70ºC water at a 5~10% proportion. Stir gently to achieve full dissolution before setting aside for application.

Ideal for fabrics requiring high salt resistance.
Usage
1. Padding method:
Dosage: Use 20~30g/L of a 10% solution at a temperature of 30ºC~40ºC.
Technology: Employ either one dip, one pad or two dips, two pads technique for optimal results.
2. Dipping method:
Dosage: Employ 3~8% (o.w.f) of a 10% solution, maintaining a temperature between 40ºC-50ºC.
Liquor ratio: Maintain a 1:10~15 ratio for 30 minutes to achieve best results.
3. Test intermiscibility with other auxiliaries and adjust processes based on test outcomes for optimal integration.
Storage & Packing
1. Store for up to 12 months in a cool, shaded area to ensure product longevity.
2. Available in 25kg plastic woven bags for convenient handling and storage.
