Specification
1. Fabric Type
: Ideal for same bath dyed fabric.

: Blended with multiple advanced polymeric compounds.
Dissolving Method
1. Hot Water Method: Gradually add the flakes into room temperature water at a proportion of 5-10%. Stir continuously for 3-5 minutes, then gradually heat the mixture to 70-75ºC while stirring slowly until fully dissolved. Set aside for use.
2. Direct Hot Water Method: Add the flakes directly into 60-70ºC water at a proportion of 5-10%. Stir slowly until completely dissolved. Set aside for use.

Application
Perfect for fabrics requiring high salt resistance.
Usage
1. Padding Method:
Dosage: 20-30g/L (10% solution), Temp.: 30-40ºC
Technology: Utilize either one dip, one pad or two dips, two pads process.
2. Dipping Method:
Dosage: 3-8% (o.w.f) (10% solution), Temp.: 40-50ºC
Liquor ratio: 1:10-15, Time: 30 minutes
3. For compatibility with other auxiliaries and processes, please conduct a preliminary test and adjust according to the results.
Storage & Packing
1. Storage Period: 12 months in a cool and shady place.
2. Packaging: 25kg in a plastic woven bag.
