[Dissolving Method]
l Cold water: During stirring add the flakes into 30ºC water gradually in the proportion of 6~10%, stir for 3-5minutes, make it disperse, then let it stand for 1~2hours, after that stir slowly into paste, reserve for use.
l Warm water: Add the flakes into room temperature water gradually in the proportion of 6~10%, stir for 3-5minutes and heat up to 50~60ºC, then stir for 30~60minutes slowly into paste, cool down and reserve for use.

l Provide fiber and textile excellent soft and smooth hand feeling.
l Cotton and chemical fiber can get good soft and smooth feeling after finishing.
l Can be used for lubricating yarn and make sanding, napping smoothly.

l Our Cold Water Softener Flakes for Instant Room Temperature Textile Use are versatile and can be used effectively on knit, woven, and polyester cotton fabrics. They are particularly beneficial for cotton and T/C chemical fibers.

l Dipping method: Dosage: 3~8% (o.w.f) (10% solution) Temp.: 40ºC-50ºC
