Dissolving Method
Hot water: Begin by gradually introducing the flakes into room temperature water at a recommended proportion of 5~10%. Stir the mixture for approximately 3~5 minutes. Continue stirring gently while gradually raising the temperature to 65~70ºC. Maintain a slow stirring motion until the flakes are completely dissolved. Once fully dissolved, reserve the solution for future use.

Usage
Padding method: Recommended dosage is 20~30g/L (using a 10% solution) at a temperature range of 30ºC~40ºC.
Technology: Opt for a process of either one dip, one pad or two dips, two pads to achieve desired results.
Dipping method: Employ a dosage of 3~8% (o.w.f) with a 10% solution at a temperature range of 40ºC~50ºC.
Maintain a liquor ratio of 1:10~15 and allow a processing time of 30 minutes for optimal results.

Storage & Packing
Storage period: Store in a cool and shaded place for up to 12 months to ensure product longevity.
Package in 25kg plastic woven bags for convenience and ease of handling.
