Dissolving Method:
Cold water: While stirring, add the flakes into 30ºC water gradually in the proportion of 6~10%, stirring for a breezy 3-5 minutes, allowing it to disperse seamlessly, then let it stand for 1~2 hours, after which, stir slowly into a silky paste and reserve for ultimate use.
Warm water: Introduce the flakes into room temperature water gradually in the proportion of 6~10%, stirring for a gentle 3-5 minutes, then elevate the temperature to 50~60ºC, and continue stirring for a luxurious 30~60 minutes slowly intoa smooth paste, then cool it down
Application:
Perfect for infusing cotton, linen, chemical fiber, and blended yarns and fabrics with sublime softness, it delivers particularly stunning results on cotton and T/C fabrics.
Usage:
Padding method: Employ 20~30g/L (10% solution) at a cozy temperature of 30~40ºC, utilizing one dip, one pad or two dips, two pads for optimal coverage and effect.
Dipping method: Formulation: 3~8% (o.w.f) using a 10% solution. Recommended Liquor Ratio: 1:10~15. Temperature Guidelines: 40ºC-50ºC
Duration: 30 minutes
