Dissolving Method 1. Hot Water Method: Gradually add the flakes into room temperature water at a ratio of 5~10%. Continuously stir for 3~5 minutes, then gently increase the temperature to 70~75ºC. Stir steadily until the flakes fully dissolve, then set aside for future use.
2. Direct Hot Water Method: Incorporate the flakes into water pre-heated to 60~70ºC at a ratio of 5~10%. Stir gently until completely dissolved and set aside for subsequent application.

Application Ideal for fabrics requiring high salt resistance, extending the application range.
Usage1. Padding Method:
Dosage: Recommend 20~30g/L (10% solution) with a temperature range of 30ºC~40ºC.
Technology: Choose between one dip, one pad or opt for two dips, two pads for desired finish.
2. Dipping Method:
Dosage: Use 3~8% (o.w.f) (10% solution) with temperature settings at 40ºC-50ºC.
Liquor Ratio: Maintain a ratio of 1:10~15 with a processing time of 30 minutes.
3. Compatibility with other auxiliaries: Conduct tests and adjust based on results to achieve dynamic enhancement.
Storage & Packing 1. Storage: Ensure a cool, shady storage environment for a shelf life of 12 months.
2. Packaging: Securely packed in 25kg plastic woven bags for ease of handling and protection.
