Specification

Dissolving Method
1. Hot water: Gradually introduce the flakes into water at room temperature, using a mix ratio of 5~10%. Stir for 3~5 minutes, then slowly heat to 70~75ºC while maintaining stirring until fully dissolved. Ready for use thereafter.
2. Hot water directly: Directly add flakes into water heated to 60~70ºC at a ratio of 5~10%. Stir slowly until perfectly dissolved. Reserve for immediate application.

Usage
1. Padding method:
Dosage: 20~30g/L (10% solution) | Temp.: 30ºC~40ºC | Process: Opt for one dip, one pad or two dips, two pads for optimal results.

2. Dipping method:
Dosage: 3~8% (o.w.f) (10% solution) | Temp.: 40ºC-50ºC | Ensure the liquor ratio is 1:10~15 for 30 minutes to achieve desired effects.
Liquor ratio: 1:10~15 | Time: 30mins
3. Test the intermiscibility with other auxiliaries and adjust the process accordingly for optimal outcomes.
Storage & Packing
1. Storage period: Safely store for up to 12 months in cool, shady conditions to maintain quality.
2. Packaged securely in a 25kg plastic woven bag for easy handling and storage.
