Property:

Dissolving Method:
Cold water: During stirring add the flakes into 30ºC water gradually in the proportion of 6~10%, stirring for 3-5minutes, making it disperse, then leave it stand for 1~2hours, after that stir slowly into paste and reserve for use.
Warm water: Add the flakes into room temperature water gradually in the proportion of 6~10%, stirring for 3-5minutes, heat up to 50~60ºC, then stirring 30~60minutes slowly into paste, cool it down
Application:
Can be used for soft finishing of cotton, linen, chemical fiber and blended yarn and fabric, has especially outstanding effect on cotton and T/C fabric.
Usage:
Padding method: 20~30g/L(10% solution), temperature 30~40ºC, technology: one dip, one pad or two dips, two pads
Dipping method: Optimal Usage: For the finest results, employ a concentration of 3~8% on weight of fabric (o.w.f) with a 10% solution. The recommended liquor ratio is an effective 1:10~15, ensuring thorough absorption and distribution. Temperature Range:0ºC-50ºC
Processing Time: Immerse for a complete 30 minutes to achieve optimal softness and texture.
