Cold Water Instant Softener Flakes for Cationic Textile Applications[Technical Index]

l Appearance: light yellow flake

l Ionicity: cationic

l pH value : 4.5 ~6. 5 (6~10% solution)

 

[Dissolving Method]

l Cold water: During stirring add the flakes into 30ºC water gradually in the proportion of 6~10%, stir for 3-5minutes, make it disperse, then let it stand for 1~2 hours. After that, stir slowly into paste, and reserve for use..

l Warm water: Add the flakes into room temperature water gradually in the proportion of 6~10%, stir for 3-5minutes and heat up to 50~60ºC, then stir for 30~60 minutes slowly into paste, cool down, and reserve for use..

l Provide fiber and textile with an excellent soft and smooth hand feeling.

l Cotton and chemical fiber can achieve a superior soft and smooth texture after finishing.

l Can be used for llubricatinging yarn and make sanding, napping smoothly.

 

[Application]

l Our versatile Cold Water Instant Softener Flakes are meticulously engineered for use with knit, woven, and polyester cotton textiles. They are exceptionally beneficial for cotton and T/C chemical fiber applications, demonstrating remarkable adaptability and performance.

 

[Usage]

l Padding method: Dosage: 20~30g/L (10% solution), Temp.: 30~40ºC

Technology: Employ a method of one dip, one pad, or opt for two dips, two pads to achieve desired softness.

l Dipping method: Dosage: 3~8% (o.w.f) (10% solution) Temp.: 40ºC-50ºC

Liquor ratio: 1:10~15, with a treatment time of 30 minutes to ensure optimal results.
