Dissolving Method
1. Hot water: Gently incorporate the flakes into room temperature water at a 5~10% concentration, stirring for 3~5 minutes. Continue stirring while heating gradually to 70~75ºC until fully dissolved for optimal use.
2. Hot water directly: Integrate the flakes into 60~70ºC water at a 5~10% concentration, stirring slowly until thoroughly dissolved and ready for use.

Application

Usage
1. Padding method:
Dosage: 20~30g/L (10% solution) Temp.: 30ºC~40ºC
Technology: Suitable for one dip, one pad or two dips, two pads, ensuring optimal results.
2. Dipping method:
Dosage: 3~8% (o.w.f) (10% solution) Temp.: 40ºC~50ºC
Liquor ratio: 1:10~15 Time: 30 mins for thorough treatment.
3. For intermiscibility with other auxiliaries and processes, conduct preliminary tests and adjust as needed.
Storage & Packing
1. Maintain a storage period of 12 months in a cool, shady place to ensure product integrity.
2. Packaged in 25kg plastic woven bags for convenience and protection.
