Dissolving Method
1. Hot water: Introduce the versatile flakes into room temperature water gradually, maintaining a proportion of 5~10%. Stir continuously for 3-5 minutes while gradually elevating the temperature to 70~75ºC. Continue stirring until completely dissolved, then set aside for later use.
2. Hot water directly: Carefully add the flakes into 60~70ºC water, adhering to a 5~10% proportion. Stir slowly to achieve complete dissolution, then reserve for use.

Application

Usage
1. Padding method:
Dosage: 20~30g/L(10% solution) Temp.: 30ºC~40ºC
Technology: Employ either one dip, one pad or opt for two dips, two pads for optimal results.
2. Dipping method:
Dosage: 3~8%(o.w.f)(10% solution) Temp.: 40ºC-50ºC
Liquor ratio: Keep within 1:10~15 for best results, maintaining the process for 30 minutes.
3. Prior to combining with other auxiliaries and processes, conduct tests to tailor adjustments and ensure the product's intermiscibility.
Storage & Packing
1. Storage period: Ensure a cool and shaded environment for up to 12 months for optimal preservation.
2. Packaged in 25kg plastic woven bags for secure storage and transport.
