Specification

Dissolving Method
1. Hot water: Carefully incorporate the flakes into water at room temperature, maintaining a 5~10% ratio. Stir for 3~5 minutes, gradually heating until reaching 70~75ºC. Continue gentle stirring until fully dissolved. Set aside for future use.
2. Hot water directly: Introduce the flakes into water heated to 60~70ºC, maintaining a 5~10% ratio. Stir gently until fully dissolved. Set aside for future use.

Application
Ideal for fabrics requiring high salt resistance.
Usage
1. Padding method:
Dosage: 20~30g/L (10% solution) Temp.: 30ºC~40ºC
Technique: Employ either one dip, one pad or two dips, two pads approach
2. Dipping method:
Dosage: 3~8% (o.w.f) (10% solution) Temp.: 40ºC-50ºC
Liquor ratio: 1:10~15 Duration: 30 minutes
3. Before mixing with other auxiliaries or processing the product, conduct tests and make necessary adjustments based on results.
Storage & Packing
1. Recommended storage period is 12 months in a cool, shaded area.
2. Available in 25kg plastic woven bags.
