Specification

Dissolving Method
1. Hot water: Gradually mix flakes into room temperature water at 5~10% concentration. Stir for 3~5 minutes, continue stirring while heating to 70~75ºC, and stir until completely dissolved for ready use.
2. Hot water directly: Add flakes into 60~70ºC water at 5~10% concentration, stirring slowly until fully dissolved, then ready for application.

Application
Perfect for fabrics requiring high salt resistance and durability.
Usage
1. Padding method:
Dosage: 20~30g/L (10% solution); Temperature: 30ºC~40ºC
Technology: Utilize one dip, one pad or two dips, two pads for optimal results.
2. Dipping method:
Dosage: 3~8% (o.w.f) (10% solution); Temperature: 40ºC-50ºC
Liquor ratio: 1:10~15; Time: 30 minutes for best effectiveness.
3. Ensure intermiscibility with other auxiliaries and processes by testing first and then adjust according to results.
Storage & Packing
1. Store in a cool, shady place for up to 12 months.
2. Available in 25kg plastic woven bags for secure, easy handling.
