Dissolving Method

1. Hot Water: Gradually add the flakes into room temperature water in the proportion of 5~10%, stir for 3~5 minutes, then slowly heat to 70~75ºC while stirring until fully dissolved. Reserve for use.

2. Hot Water Directly: Add the flakes into 60~70ºC water in the proportion of 5~10%, stir slowly to fully dissolve. Reserve for use.

Usage

1. Padding Method:
Dosage: 20~30g/L (10% solution) Temp.: 30ºC~40ºC

Technology: One dip, one pad or two dips, two pads

2. Dipping Method:
Dosage: 3~8% (o.w.f) (10% solution) Temp.: 40ºC-50ºC

Liquor ratio: 1:10~15 Time: 30 mins
