Dissolving Method
1. Hot Water Method: Gradually introduce the flakes into room temperature water (5~10% concentration), gently stirring for 3-5 minutes. Continue stirring while heating to 70~75ºC until fully dissolved, then set aside for use.
2. Direct Hot Water: Add flakes directly to water heated to 60~70ºC at a 5~10% concentration. Stir slowly until fully dissolved and ready for application.

Usage
1. Padding Method:
Dosage: Achieve optimal results with 20~30g/L solution (10%) at a temperature of 30ºC~40ºC.
Technology: Utilize either one dip, one pad or two dips, two pads for best outcomes.
2. Dipping Method:
Dosage: Use 3~8% (o.w.f) of a 10% solution at a temperature range of 40ºC-50ºC.
Liquor Ratio: Maintain a ratio of 1:10~15 for 30 minutes to ensure thorough treatment.
3. For product intermiscibility and process compatibility with other auxiliaries, conduct tests and adjust based on results.
