Specification
1. Fabric Type: Suitable for same bath dyed fabrics, ensuring uniform softness across materials.
2. Component: Composed of advanced multiple polymeric compounds, ensuring superior fabric softening.
Dissolving Method
1. Hot Water: Gradually incorporate the flakes into room temperature water at a ratio of 5~10%. Stir consistently for 3~5 minutes, then gently heat the mixture to 70~75ºC while continuing to stir until fully dissolved. Store the solution for subsequent use.
2. Direct Hot Water: Directly add the flakes to water heated to 60~70ºC at the same ratio. Stir gently for thorough dissolution and reserve the solution for future application.

Ideal for fabrics requiring high salt resistance and stringent fabric care.
Usage
1. Padding Method:
Dosage: 20~30g/L (10% solution) Temperature: 30ºC~40ºC
Technique: Choose either one dip, one pad or two dips, two pads for perfect softness.
2. Dipping Method:
Dosage: 3~8% (o.w.f) (10% solution) Temperature: 40ºC-50ºC
Liquor Ratio: 1:10~15 Duration: 30 minutes
3. For compatibility with other auxiliaries and process adjustments, conduct preliminary tests and modify procedures based on results.
Storage & Packing
1. Shelf Life: Store for up to 12 months in a cool, shaded environment to maintain efficacy.
2. Packaging: Available in 25kg plastic woven bags.
