Specification
1. Fabric type
: Same bath dyed fabric.
2. Component
: Multiple polymeric compounds.
Dissolving Method
1. Hot water: Add the flakes into room temperature water gradually in the proportion of 5~10%. Stir for 3~5 minutes, then continue stirring while heating to 70~75ºC. Maintain slow stirring until fully dissolved, then reserve for use.
2. Hot water directly: Add the flakes into 60~70ºC water at a ratio of 5~10%. Stir slowly until completely dissolved, then reserve for use.
Property
1.Provides fabrics with superior softness, smoothness, and a full hand feel.
2.Exhibits excellent salt tolerance, alkali resistance, and low yellowing characteristics.
3. Has minimal impact on fabric whiteness and color shade.
Application
Ideal for fabrics requiring high salt resistance.
Usage
1. Padding method:
Dosage: 20~30g/L (10% solution) Temperature: 30ºC~40ºC
Technique: One dip, one pad or two dips, two pads.
2. Dipping method:
Dosage: 3~8% (o.w.f) (10% solution) Temperature: 40ºC-50ºC
Liquor ratio: 1:10~15 Time: 30 minutes
3. For compatibility with other auxiliaries and processes, please test first and adjust as needed.
Storage & Packing
1. Storage period: 12 months in a cool and shaded place.
2. Packaging: 25kg in a plastic woven bag.
