Specification

Dissolving Method
1. Hot water: Gradually introduce the flakes into room temperature water at a 5~10% ratio. Stir continuously for 3~5 minutes while gently heating to 70~75ºC. Maintain stirring until fully dissolved, then set aside for use.
2. Hot water directly: Add flakes to 60~70ºC water at a 5~10% ratio. Stir slowly to ensure full dissolution, then prepare for usage.

Application
Ideal for fabrics requiring high salt resistance.
Usage
1. Padding method:
Dosage: 20~30g/L (10% solution) Temp.: 30ºC~40ºC
Technology: Choose one dip, one pad or two dips, two pads for optimal results.
2. Dipping method:
Dosage: 3~8% (o.w.f) (10% solution) Temp.: 40ºC-50ºC
Liquor ratio: 1:10~15 Time: 30 mins
3. Ensure compatibility with other auxiliaries and process by testing first and adjust as needed.
Storage & Packing
1. Store for up to 12 months in a cool and shaded area.
2. Package in a 25kg plastic woven bag for secure storage.
