Specification
1. Fabric type: Designed for same bath dyed fabric
2. Component: Composed of multiple polymeric compounds
Dissolving Method
1. Hot water: Gradually add flakes into room temperature water at 5~10% concentration. Stir for 3-5 minutes, continue stirring while heating to 70~75ºC until completely dissolved. Reserve for use.
2. Hot water directly: Add flakes into 60~70ºC water at 5~10% concentration, stir slowly until fully dissolved, then reserve for use.

Application

Usage
1. Padding method:
Dosage: 20~30g/L (10% solution) Temperature: 30ºC~40ºC
Technology: One dip, one pad or two dips, two pads process
2. Dipping method:
Dosage: 3~8% (o.w.f) (10% solution) Temperature: 40ºC-50ºC
Liquor ratio: 1:10~15 Time: 30 minutes
3. For compatibility with other auxiliaries and processes, perform tests and adjust as necessary.
Storage & Packing
1. Store in a cool, shady place. Shelf life: 12 months.
2. Packaging: 25kg in plastic woven bags.
