Specification
1. Fabric type: Ideal for same bath dyed fabric applications

Dissolving Method
1. Hot water: Gradually introduce the flakes into room temperature water, maintaining a proportion of 5~10%. Stir continuously for 3~5 minutes, then gently heat to 70~75ºC while stirring until fully dissolved. The solution is now ready for use.
2. Hot water directly: Immerse the flakes in water heated to 60~70ºC, at a proportion of 5~10%. Stir slowly to ensure complete dissolution, then the solution is prepared for use.

Usage
1. Padding method:
Dosage: 20~30g/L (10% solution) Temp.: 30ºC~40ºC
Technology: One dip, one pad or opt for two dips, two pads
2. Dipping method:
Dosage: 3~8% (o.w.f) (10% solution) Temp.: 40ºC-50ºC
Liquor ratio: 1:10~15 Time: 30 minutes
3. For compatibility with other auxiliaries and processes, conduct tests initially and adjust as necessary based on results.
Storage & Packing
1. Store in a cool, shady place for up to 12 months.
2. Packaged in 25kg plastic woven bags.
