Dissolving Method 1. Hot water: Introduce flakes into room temperature water gradually at a ratio of 5~10%. Stir continuously for 3~5 minutes while heating gradually to 70~75ºC for complete dissolution, then set aside.
2. Hot water directly: Add flakes directly to water at 60~70ºC in the proportion of 5~10%. Stir gently to ensure complete dissolution, then reserve for use.

Application Ideal for fabrics requiring high salt resistance and exceptional durability.
Usage1. Padding method:
Dosage: Use 20~30g/L (10% solution) at a temperature of 30ºC~40ºC.
Technology: Implement using either one dip, one pad or two dips, two pads for optimal results.
2. Dipping method:
Dosage: Apply 3~8% (o.w.f) (10% solution) at a temperature of 40ºC-50ºC.
Liquor ratio: Maintain a ratio of 1:10~15 for 30 minutes to ensure effective treatment.
3. Test intermiscibility with other auxiliaries and adjust the process accordingly for the best results.
Storage & Packing 1. Store in a cool, shady place for up to 12 months to maintain quality.
