Property:

Dissolving Method:
Cold water: During stirring add the flakes into 30ºC water gradually in the proportion of 6~10%, stirring for 3-5minutes, making it disperse, then leave it stand for 1~2hours, after that stir slowly into paste and reserve for use.
Warm water: Add the flakes into room temperature water gradually in the proportion of 6~10%, stirring for 3-5minutes, heat up to 50~60ºC, then stirring 30~60minutes slowly into paste, cool it down
Application:
Can be used for knit, woven and polyester cotton, especially good for cotton and T/C chemical fiber
Usage:
Padding method: 20~30g/L(10% solution), temperature 30~40ºC, technology: one dip, one pad or two dips, two pads
Dipping method: Mix a 3-8% (on weight of fabric) concentration using a 10% solution and maintain a liquor ratio of 1:10 to 1:15. Ideal for optimizing the care of your garments, the process should be executed at a specified temperature: 40ºC-50ºC
Allow the process to work its magic for a precise duration of 30 minutes to ensure the ultimate softness.
