Dissolving Method 1. Hot water: Gradually add the flakes into room temperature water with a 5~10% concentration, stir continuously for 3 to 5 minutes. As you stir, gradually heat the mixture to 70~75ºC. Keep stirring until the flakes are fully dissolved. Set aside for use.
2. Hot water directly: Introduce the flakes into water at 60~70ºC in a 5~10% proportion, stirring slowly to ensure complete dissolution. Set aside for use.

Application Ideal for fabrics requiring high salt resistance.
Usage1. Padding method:
Dosage: Use 20~30g/L (10% solution) at a temperature of 30ºC~40ºC
Technology: Apply using one dip, one pad or two dips, two pads methodology
2. Dipping method:
Dosage: Use 3~8% (o.w.f) (10% solution) at a temperature of 40ºC-50ºC
Liquor ratio: Maintain a 1:10~15 ratio, for 30 minutes
3. Test for intermiscibility with other auxiliaries and adjust process accordingly to ensure optimal results.
Storage & Packing 1. Ensure storage in a cool, shady place for up to 12 months.
2. Packaged in 25kg plastic woven bags.
