Specification

Dissolving Method
1. Hot Water: Gradually introduce the flakes into room temperature water in a 5~10% proportion. Stir for 3~5 minutes, then progressively heat to 70~75ºC while maintaining a gentle stir until fully dissolved, and reserve for use.
2. Hot Water Directly: Introduce the flakes into 60~70ºC water at a 5~10% proportion. Stir slowly to ensure thorough dissolution, then reserve for use.

Usage
1. Padding Method:
Dosage: 20~30g/L (10% solution) Temp.: Maintain between 30ºC~40ºC for optimal processing.
Technology: Utilize one dip, one pad or two dips, two pads for effective results.
2. Dipping Method:
Dosage: 3~8% (o.w.f) (10% solution) Temp.: Operate at 40ºC~50ºC for best outcomes.
Liquor Ratio: 1:10~15 Time: Ensure a soaking duration of 30 minutes.
For intermiscibility with other auxiliaries and processes, test initially and adjust based on results to achieve desired effects.
Storage & Packing
1. Storage period: Ensure a 12-month shelf life by storing in a cool and shady environment.
2. Packaging: Securely packed in 25kg plastic woven bags for safe handling and storage.
