Dissolving Method
1. Hot water: Start by slowly adding the softener flakes into water at room temperature at a concentration of 5~10%. Stir the mixture for 3~5 minutes, and then gradually heat it up to 70~75ºC while continuing to stir until all flakes are fully dissolved. Once dissolved, the solution is ready for use.
2. Hot water directly: Directly introduce the flakes into water heated to 60~70ºC at a 5~10% concentration. Stir gently and continuously until the flakes are completely dissolved, ensuring the solution is perfectly prepared for its application.

Application
Ideal for fabrics requiring high salt resistance.
Usage
1. Padding method:
Dosage: 20~30g/L (10% solution) Temp.: 30ºC~40ºC
Technology: Utilize a single dip, one pad technique or opt for two dips and two pads for enhanced results.
2. Dipping method:
Dosage: 3~8%(o.w.f) (10% solution) Temp.: 40ºC-50ºC
Liquor ratio: Maintain a ratio of 1:10~15 Time: 30 minutes, for optimal performance.
3. Before combining with other auxiliaries or processes, conduct a small-scale test and adjust as necessary based on the results.
Storage & Packing
1. Ensure a storage period of up to 12 months in a cool and shaded environment to maintain product integrity.
2. Packaged in 25kg plastic woven bags for secure transportation and storage.
