Specification

Dissolving Method
1. Hot water: Gradually introduce the flakes into room temperature water at 5~10% concentration. Stir continuously for 3~5 minutes. Gradually increase the temperature to 70~75ºC while stirring until completely dissolved. Set aside for use.
2. Hot water directly: Directly add the flakes to water at 60~70ºC in a 5~10% concentration. Stir slowly until dissolved thoroughly. Set aside for use.

Usage
1. Padding method:
Dosage: 20~30g/L (10% solution) Temp.: 30ºC~40ºC
Technology: one dip, one pad or two dips, two pads to achieve excellent results.
2. Dipping method:
Dosage: 3~8% (o.w.f) (10% solution) Temp.: 40ºC-50ºC
Liquor ratio: 1:10~15 Time: 30 minutes for optimal outcomes.
3. Test intermiscibility with other auxiliaries and adjust the process accordingly for best results.
Storage & Packing
1. Storage period: Keep cool and shaded for up to 12 months to maintain efficacy.
2. Packaged in a 25kg durable plastic woven bag for secure storage and transport.
