Specification

Dissolving Method
1. Hot water: Gradually add the flakes to room temperature water at a proportion of 5~10%. Stir for 3~5 minutes, then heat slowly to 70~75ºC, maintaining constant stirring until fully dissolved. Set aside for use.
2. Hot water directly: Introduce the flakes into 60~70ºC water in a ratio of 5~10%. Stir gently until thoroughly dissolved. Set aside for subsequent use.

Usage
1. Padding method:
Dosage: 20~30g/L (10% solution) | Temp.: 30ºC~40ºC
Technology: Opt for one dip, one pad or two dips, two pads for best results.
2. Dipping method:
Dosage: 3~8% (o.w.f) (10% solution) | Temp.: 40ºC-50ºC
Liquor ratio: 1:10~15 | Time: 30 mins
3. Ensure compatibility with other auxiliaries by testing first and adjust based on the outcomes.
Storage & Packing
1. Storage period: Preserve for 12 months in a cool, shady location to maintain quality.
2. Each batch is securely packed in a 25kg plastic woven bag for easy handling and storage.
