Specification

Dissolving Method
1. Hot water: Gradually incorporate the flakes into room temperature water at a 5~10% ratio. Stir continuously for 3~5 minutes, then gently heat to 70~75ºC, maintaining the stirring motion until fully dissolved. Ready for immediate use.
2. Hot water directly: Introduce the flakes into water heated to 60~70ºC at a 5~10% ratio. Stir slowly to ensure thorough dissolution. Ready for immediate use.

Usage
1. Padding method:
Dosage: 20~30g/L(10% solution), Temperature: 30ºC~40ºC. Technique: one dip, one pad or two dips, two pads for optimal results.

2. Dipping method:
Dosage: 3~8%(o.w.f)(10% solution), Temperature: 40ºC-50ºC. Ensure a liquor ratio of 1:10~15 and maintain the process for 30 minutes.
Liquor ratio: 1:10~15, Time: 30 minutes for thorough treatment.
3. Prior to use, test intermiscibility with other auxiliaries and adjust processes to achieve the best results.
Storage & Packing
1. Store for up to 12 months in a cool, shady place to preserve product integrity.
2. Packaged in 25kg plastic woven bags for easy handling and storage.
