Specification
1. Fabric type: Designed for same bath dyed fabrics, ensuring seamless integration and care.
2. Component: Composed of advanced multiple polymeric compounds for enhanced performance.
Dissolving Method
1. Hot water: Gradually incorporate the flakes into room temperature water at 5~10%, with continuous stirring for 3~5 minutes. Heat gradually to 70~75ºC, stirring until completely dissolved, and set aside for future use.
2. Hot water directly: Immerse flakes directly into 60~70ºC water at a 5~10% concentration. Stir gently for thorough dissolution, then reserve for subsequent use.

Application
Ideal for fabrics requiring high salt resistance.
Usage
1. Padding method:
Dosage: 20~30g/L (10% solution) Temp.: 30ºC~40ºC
Technology: Employ either one dip, one pad or two dips, two pads techniques.
2. Dipping method:
Dosage: 3~8% (o.w.f) (10% solution) Temp.: 40ºC-50ºC
Liquor ratio: 1:10~15 Time: 30 mins
3. Before intermixing with other auxiliaries and processes, conduct preliminary testing and make adjustments based on results.
Storage & Packing
1. Store for up to 12 months in a cool, shady environment to ensure product longevity.
2. Each unit is packed in a 25kg durable plastic woven bag.
