Specification
1. Fabric type: Ideal for same bath dyed fabrics, ensuring perfect consistency.

Dissolving Method
1. Hot water: Gradually introduce the flakes into room temperature water at a ratio of 5~10%, stir consistently for 3~5 minutes. Then, gently heat to 70~75ºC, stirring continuously until fully dissolved, ready for use.
2. Hot water directly: Add the flakes into 60~70ºC water in a 5~10% proportion, stirring slowly until a thorough dissolution is achieved, then use as required.

Usage
1. Padding method:
Dosage: Use 20~30g/L of a 10% solution at a comfortable temperature of 30ºC~40ºC.
Technology: Apply using one dip, one pad, or double dip double pad techniques for optimal results.
2. Dipping method:
Dosage: Implement 3~8% on weight of fabric (o.w.f) with a 10% solution at a temperature range of 40ºC-50ºC.
Liquor ratio: Maintain a 1:10~15 ratio over a 30-minute period for best outcomes.
3. For compatibility with other auxiliaries and processes, pre-test and fine-tune based on results.
Storage & Packing
1. Store in a cool, shady place for up to 12 months, ensuring prolonged efficacy.
2. Conveniently packed in 25 kg plastic woven bags for easy handling and storage.
