Specification

Dissolving Method
1. Hot water: Gradually add the flakes into room temperature water at a proportion of 5~10%, stirring continuously for 3~5 minutes. Gradually increase the temperature to 70~75ºC while stirring until fully dissolved. Reserve for future use.
2. Hot water directly: Directly add the flakes into 60~70ºC water in the proportion of 5~10%, stirring slowly to ensure thorough dissolution. Reserve for future use.

Usage
1. Padding method:
Dosage: 20~30g/L (10% solution); Temperature: 30ºC~40ºC
Technology: Utilize one dip, one pad or two dips, two pads for optimal results
2. Dipping method:
Dosage: 3~8% (o.w.f.)(10% solution); Temperature: 40ºC-50ºC
Liquor ratio: 1:10~15; Time: 30 minutes for effective treatment
3. For intermiscibility with other auxiliaries, conduct preliminary testing and adjust according to results for best outcomes.
Storage & Packing
1. Store for up to 12 months in a cool, shaded location to maintain quality.
2. Packed in a 25kg plastic woven bag for convenience and durability.
