Specification
1.Fabric type
: Same bath dyed fabric.

Dissolving Method
1. Hot water: Add the flakes into room temperature water gradually in the proportion of 5~10%, stir for 3~5 minutes. Keep stirring and gradually heat to 70~75ºC. Stir slowly until completely dissolved, and reserve for use.
2. Hot water directly: Add the flakes into 60~70ºC water in the proportion of 5~10%, then stir slowly to ensure thorough dissolution. Reserve for use.
Property
1.Provides fabric with an enhanced soft, smooth, and full hand feeling.
2.Exhibits excellent salt tolerance, alkali resistance, and minimal yellowing.
3.Less influence on fabric whiteness and color shade.
Application
Ideal for fabrics requiring high salt resistance.
Usage
1. Padding method:
Dosage: 20~30g/L(10% solution) Temp.: 30ºC~40ºC
Technology: One dip, one pad or two dips, two pads
2. Dipping method:
Dosage: 3~8%(o.w.f)(10% solution) Temp.: 40ºC-50ºC
Liquor ratio: 1:10~15 Time: 30 minutes
3. Before mixing with other auxiliaries or processes, please conduct tests and adjust accordingly.
Storage & Packing
1. Storage period: 12 months in a cool and shaded place.
2. Packaged in 25kg plastic woven bags.
