Dissolving Method
1. Hot water immersion: Gradually blend the flakes into room temperature water in a 5~10% proportion. Stir continuously for 3~5 minutes, then elevate the temperature to 70~75ºC while stirring to achieve full dissolution. Reserve for later use.
2. Direct hot water method: Combine flakes with water at 60~70ºC in a 5~10% proportion. Stir carefully until fully dissolved. Reserve for later use.

Dosage: 3~8% (o.w.f) with 10% solution Temp.: Optimal range 40ºC-50ºC
Liquor ratio: 1:10~15 Duration: 30 minutes
3. Before intermixing with other auxiliaries or processes, conduct detailed testing and adjust based on findings.
Storage & Packing
1. Storage period: Ideal for 12 months if kept in a cool, shaded environment.
