Property:
1. Provide super soft, fluffy and full feeling.
2. With low viscosity and foam, very suitable for using in dyeing plant and washing
plant.
Technical Index:
Appearance: light yellow flake
Ionicity: weak cationic
pH value : 4.0~6.0 (5~10% solution)
Feature: low viscousity
Dissolving Method:
Hot water: Add the flakes into room temperature water gradually in the
proportion of 5~10%, stir for 3~5minutes, keep stirring and gradually heat to
70~75ºC. Slowly stir until completely dissolve, reserve for use.
Hot water directly: Add the flakes into 60~70ºCwater in the proportion of 5~10%,
then stir slowly to dissolve very well, reserve foruse.
Application:
Used on cotton, T/C, wool, etc. Widely used in dyeing plant and washingplant
Usage:
Padding method: 20~30g/L(10% solution), temperature 30~40ºC, technology: one dip, one pad or two dips, two pads
Dipping method: 3~8%(o.w.f)(10% solution) Liquor ratio: 1:10~15 temperature: 40ºC-50ºC
time: 30minutes
Storage & Packing

2.Storage for 12 months in cool and shady place.
3.Intermiscibility with other auxiliaries and process of the product, please test first and adjust according to the result.
