Specification

Dissolving Method
1. Via Hot Water: Gradually introduce the flakes into room temperature water at a concentration of 5~10%, stirring consistently for 3~5 minutes. Continue stirring while heating gently to 70~75ºC until fully dissolved, then set aside for use.
2. Direct Hot Water: Directly add the flakes into 60~70ºC water at a 5~10% concentration, stirring gently until completely dissolved, and set aside for use.

Usage
1. Padding Method:
Dosage: Use 20~30g/L (10% solution) at a temperature of 30ºC~40ºC for optimal results.
Technology: Apply using one dip, one pad or two dips, two pads.
2. Dipping Method:
Dosage: Use 3~8% (o.w.f) (10% solution) at a temperature of 40ºC-50ºC.
Liquor ratio: Maintain a ratio of 1:10~15, processing for 30 minutes.
3. Ensure intermiscibility with other auxiliaries by conducting preliminary tests and adjusting as necessary.
Storage & Packing
1. Store for up to 12 months in a cool and shady environment to maintain product integrity.
2. Packaged in 25kg plastic woven bags for secure storage and handling.
