Specification

Dissolving Method
1. Hot water: Gradually introduce the flakes into room temperature water at a 5~10% ratio. Stir consistently for 3~5 minutes, then gently heat the mixture to 70~75ºC. Continue stirring until fully dissolved, and reserve for use.
2. Hot water directly: Immerse the flakes in 60~70ºC water at a 5~10% ratio. Stir steadily to ensure complete dissolution, and reserve for use.

Ideal for fabrics requiring high salt resistance.
Usage
1. Padding method:
Dosage: 20~30g/L (10% solution) Temp.: 30ºC~40ºC
Technology: Choose between one dip, one pad or two dips, two pads
2. Dipping method:
Dosage: 3~8% (o.w.f) (10% solution) Temp.: 40ºC-50ºC
Liquor ratio: 1:10~15 Time: 30 minutes
3. Ensure compatibility with other auxiliaries and processes. Conduct tests first and fine-tune based on results.
Storage & Packing
1. Storage period: Maintain in a cool, shady place for up to 12 months.
2. Packaging: Available in 25kg plastic woven bags.
