Specification

Dissolving Method
1. Hot water: Gently introduce the flakes into room temperature water, maintaining a ratio of 5~10%. Stir for 3~5 minutes, then gradually heat to 70~75 ºC while continuing to stir until fully dissolved. Set aside for future use.
2. Hot water directly: Incorporate the flakes into 60~70ºC water at a 5~10% ratio. Stir slowly and thoroughly until fully dissolved, then reserve for later application.

Usage
1. Padding method:
Dosage: 20~30g/L (using a 10% solution) Temperature: 30ºC~40ºC
Technology: Employ either one dip, one pad or two dips, two pads techniques
2. Dipping method:
Dosage: 3~8% (o.w.f) with a 10% solution Temperature: 40ºC-50ºC
Liquor ratio: 1:10~15 Duration: 30 minutes
3. Ensure compatibility with other auxiliaries and processes by testing first and adjusting according to the results.
Storage & Packing
1. Storage period: Safely store for up to 12 months in a cool and shady location.
2. Packaging: Provided in 25kg plastic woven bags for easy handling.
