Dissolving Method 1. Hot water: Gradually introduce the flakes into room temperature water at a 5~10% concentration. Stir for 3~5 minutes, then gradually heat to 70~75ºC while continuing to stir until completely dissolved. Ready for use.
2. Hot water directly: For rapid preparation, add flakes to 60~70ºC water at a 5~10% concentration. Stir slowly until fully dissolved, ensuring premium quality.

Usage1. Padding method:
Dosage: Use 20~30g/L (10% solution) at Temp.: 30ºC~40ºC for optimal performance.
Technology: Apply with one dip, one pad or two dips, two pads, for superior results.
2. Dipping method:
Dosage: 3~8% (o.w.f) (10% solution) Temp.: 40ºC-50ºC, ensuring thorough treatment.
Liquor ratio: 1:10~15, Time: 30 mins for best results.
3. Ensure compatibility by testing intermiscibility with other auxiliaries and processes before use.
Storage & Packing 1. Storage period: Maintain in a cool and shady place for up to 12 months for optimal preservation.
2. Conveniently packed in 25kg plastic woven bags for easy handling and storage.
