Dissolving Method:
Cold water: Add the flakes in 30ºC water gradually in the proportion of 5~10% , stirring for 3-5minutes, making it disperse, then leave them aside for 1~2hours, then stirring slowly into paste and reserve
Warm water: : Add the flakes into room temperature water gradually in the proportion of 5~10% , stirring for 3-5minutes, heat up to 50~60ºC, then stirring for 30~60minutes slowly into paste, cool it down
Property:
1. Provide fabric excellent soft, bulk and exquisite hand feeling
2. Provide soft, slippery and elastic feeling when combined with silicone oil
Application:
Can be used for soft finishing of cotton, linen, chemical fiber and blended yarn and fabric, especially has outstanding effect on cotton and T/C
Usage:
Padding method: dosage: 20~30g/L(10% solution), temperature 30~40ºC, one dip, one pad or two dips, two pads
Dipping method: dosage: 3~8%(o.w.f)(10% solution) temperature: 40ºC-50ºC
Liquor ratio: 1:10~15 time: 30minutes
Storage & Packing
1. 25KGS in woven bag
2. Storage for 12 months in cool and shady place.
Intermiscibility with other auxiliaries and process of the product, please test first and adjust according to the result.
