Specification

Dissolving Method
1. Hot water: Introduce the flakes into room temperature water gradually, maintaining a proportion of 5~10%. Stir gently for 3~5 minutes, then consistently heat to 70~75ºC with steady stirring until fully dissolved. Keep in reserve for future use.
2. Hot water directly: Introduce the flakes into 60~70ºC water at a 5~10% proportion, stirring slowly until they are thoroughly dissolved. Keep in reserve for future use.

Application
Ideal for fabrics requiring high salt resistance.
Usage
1. Padding method:
Dosage: 20~30g/L (10% solution) Temperature: 30ºC~40ºC
Technology: One dip, one pad or two dips, two pads
2. Dipping method:
Dosage: 3~8% (o.w.f) (10% solution) Temperature: 40ºC-50ºC
Liquor ratio: 1:10~15 Duration: 30 minutes
3. For compatibility with other auxiliaries and processes, initial testing and adjustment are recommended.
Storage & Packing
1. Storage life: 12 months in a cool and shaded area.
2. Packed in 25kg plastic woven bags.
