Dissolving Method
1. Hot water: Gradually incorporate the flakes into room temperature water at a ratio of 5~10%. Stir continuously for 3~5 minutes, then slowly raise the temperature to 70~75ºC, maintaining gentle stirring until fully dissolved. Set aside for reserved use.
2. Hot water directly: Introduce the flakes into water pre-heated to 60~70ºC at a 5~10% ratio, stirring slowly until thoroughly dissolved. Set aside for reserved use.

Application

Usage
1. Padding method:
Dosage: 20~30g/L (10% solution) Temperature: 30ºC~40ºC. Apply using one dip, one pad or two dips, two pads for optimal results.

2. Dipping method:
Dosage: 3~8% (o.w.f) (10% solution) Temperature: 40ºC-50ºC. Use a liquor ratio of 1:10~15 with a process duration of 30 minutes.

3. For compatibility with other auxiliaries, conduct preliminary testing and adjust the process based on results to achieve the best outcome.
