Specification
1. Fabric type: Ideal for same bath dyed fabric, ensuring perfect dye integration and lasting quality.

Dissolving Method
1. Hot water: Gradually add the flakes into room temperature water, maintaining a proportion of 5-10%. Stir continuously for 3-5 minutes, then steadily heat to 70-75ºC. Continue stirring gently until fully dissolved, then store for use.
2. Hot water directly: Add the flakes directly into water heated to 60-70ºC at a 5-10% proportion, stirring slowly until completely dissolved, then store for use.

Usage
1. Padding method:
Dosage: 20-30g/L (10% solution) Temp.: Optimal at 30ºC-40ºC
Technology: Adaptable for one dip, one pad, or two dips, two pads, ensuring thorough treatment.
2. Dipping method:
Dosage: 3-8% (o.w.f) (10% solution) Temp.: Best between 40ºC-50ºC
Liquor ratio: 1:10-15 Time: 30 minutes for optimal absorption.
3. Test intermiscibility with other auxiliaries and processes first, and adjust as needed for ideal results.
Storage & Packing
1. Storage period: Keep in a cool and shaded place for up to 12 months, ensuring quality retention.
2. Packaging: Available in 25kg plastic woven bags for convenient storage and handling.
