Specification

Dissolving Method

1. Hot water: Gradually add the flakes into room temperature water in a proportion of 5~10%. Stir for 3~5 minutes, then slowly heat to 70~75ºC. Continue stirring until completely dissolved, then reserve for use.

2. Hot water directly: Introduce the flakes into 60~70ºC water at a 5~10% proportion. Stir slowly until thoroughly dissolved, then reserve for use.

Usage

1. Padding method:
Dosage: 20~30g/L (10% solution) Temp.: 30ºC~40ºC

Technology: One dip, one pad or two dips, two pads

2. Dipping method:
Dosage: 3~8% (o.w.f) (10% solution) Temp.: 40ºC-50ºC

Liquor ratio: 1:10~15; Time: 30 minutes
3. Before combining with other auxiliaries, please conduct tests and adjust accordingly.

Storage & Packing

1. Storage period: 12 months in a cool and shady place.
