Dissolving Method
1. Hot water: Begin by adding the flakes gradually to room temperature water at a proportion of 5~10%. Stir gently for 3~5 minutes while heating the mixture slowly to 70~75ºC. Continue stirring until the flakes are fully dissolved, then set aside for utilization.
2. Hot water directly: Introduce the flakes into 60~70ºC water at a 5~10% proportion. Stir slowly to ensure complete dissolution, then prepare for application.

Application
Ideal for fabrics that demand high salt resistance.
Usage
1. Padding method:
Dosage: 20~30g/L (10% solution) Temp.: 30ºC~40ºC
Technology: Utilize either one dip, one pad or two dips, two pads techniques for optimal results.
2. Dipping method:
Dosage: 3~8% (o.w.f) (10% solution) Temp.: 40ºC-50ºC
Liquor ratio: 1:10~15 Time: 30 mins
3. Intermiscibility with other auxiliaries and processes should be tested and adjusted according to the results to ensure compatibility.
Storage & Packing
1. Maintain a storage period of up to 12 months in a cool and shady place to preserve quality.
2. Packaged in 25kg units within a secure plastic woven bag for safe storage and handling.
