Solubility: Add HAC to 100% oil to adjust PH value to 6~7, then can dilute with water in any ratio. Ready to use emulsions are easy soluble in water.

 

Property

        1. Given towel excellent moisture absorption, quick drying , anti-static ability, fluffy and softness hand feeling.

        2. Have excellent salt and alkali resistant, anionic resistance and heat stability.

        3. Have less effect on the stripping color property, color change and yellowing of the fabric.
 

Application

        1. Apply to the yarn and blended fabrics.

        2. Apply to the towel and blended fabrics.

 

Usage

        1. Padding method: Dosage: 20~50g/L Temp.: room temperature

        2. Technology: One dip, one pad or two dips, two pads

        3. Dipping method: Dosage: 2~10%(o.w.f) Temp.: 30ºC-40ºC

        4. Liquor ratio: 1:10~15 Time: 30mins
 

Storage & Packing

 

        1. Storage for 6 months in cool and shady place.

 

        2. 130KG plastic drum or according your request.

        3. Intermiscibility with other auxiliaries and process of the product, please test first and adjust according to the result.
