Dissolving Method
1. Hot Water: Begin by adding the flakes to room temperature water in a proportion of 5~10%. Stir gently for 3~5 minutes before gradually heating to 70~75ºC. Continue stirring until fully dissolved, then set aside for future use.
2. Hot Water Directly: Introduce the flakes directly into water heated to 60~70ºC, maintaining a proportion of 5~10%. Stir slowly to achieve full dissolution, then set aside for subsequent use.

Usage
1. Padding Method:
Dosage: 20~30g/L (10% solution) Temp.: 30ºC~40ºC
Technology: Opt for one dip, one pad or two dips, two pads for optimum results.
2. Dipping Method:
Dosage: 3~8% (o.w.f) (10% solution) Temp.: 40ºC-50ºC
Liquor Ratio: 1:10~15 Time: 30 mins
3. Before mixing with other auxiliaries and processing the product, perform preliminary tests and adjust accordingly to ensure compatibility.
Storage & Packing
1. Storage period: Safely store for up to 12 months in a cool, shaded location.
2. Packaging: Available in 25kg plastic woven bags for practical handling and storage.
