Dissolving Method
1. Hot water: Gradually add the flakes into room temperature water at a 5~10% ratio. Stir for 3~5 minutes, then continue stirring as you gradually heat to 70~75ºC. Maintain slow stirring until the flakes are fully dissolved. Set aside for use.
2. Hot water directly: Introduce the flakes into 60~70ºC water at a 5~10% ratio, stirring slowly until thoroughly dissolved. Reserve for use.

Application
Ideal for textiles requiring high salt resistance.
Usage
1. Padding method:
Dosage: 20~30g/L (10% solution) Temp.: 30ºC~40ºC
Technology: Utilize one dip, one pad or two dips, two pads for optimal results.
2. Dipping method:
Dosage: 3~8% (o.w.f) (10% solution) Temp.: 40ºC-50ºC
Liquor ratio: 1:10~15 Time: 30 mins
3. Before mixing with other auxiliaries or processes, conduct a test and adjust based on the results for best performance.
Storage & Packing
1. Store for up to 12 months in a cool, shady location to ensure longevity.
2. Packaged in 25kg plastic woven bags for secure storage and transportation.
