Product Specification
1. Suitable Fabric Types
For use with same bath dyed fabrics.
2. Composition
Composed of multiple high-performance polymeric compounds.
Dissolving Instructions
1. Dissolving in Hot Water: Gradually add the flakes into room temperature water at a proportion of 5~10%. Stir continuously for 3~5 minutes. Heat gradually to 70~75ºC while stirring until fully dissolved. Reserve for use.
2. Direct Hot Water Method: Add the flakes into 60~70ºC water at a proportion of 5~10%. Stir slowly until completely dissolved. Reserve for use.

1.Enhances fabric with a softer, smoother, and fuller hand feel.
2.Boasts excellent salt tolerance, alkali resistance, and low yellowing properties.
3. Minimally affects fabric whiteness and color shade.

Ideal for fabrics requiring high salt resistance.
Usage Guidelines
1. Padding Method:
Dosage: 20~30g/L (10% solution). Temperature: 30ºC~40ºC
Technology: Apply using one dip, one pad or two dips, two pads process.
2. Dipping Method:
Dosage: 3~8% (o.w.f) (10% solution). Temperature: 40ºC-50ºC
Liquor ratio: 1:10~15. Duration: 30 minutes
3. Compatibility: For mixed use with other auxiliaries, please test first and adjust according to results.
Storage & Packaging
1. Storage: Store in a cool, shady place for up to 12 months.
2. Packaging: Available in 25kg plastic woven bags.
